Our work in developing leadership talent, concerns itself with how individuals (or potential leaders), gain and maintain influence. The Leadership program deals with managing the future by having the ability to inspire others to want to not have to! This is significantly different than the responsibility of a manger and needs to be understood by all potential managers who aspire to become leaders. Specific to the programs are:
