The Song “I’m a survivor” was bouncing across my airwaves as I watched the wide eyed enthusiasts disembark from their bus. All the big talk was over as they all fronted up to Zweli, the white water trained guide from the mighty Zambezi.
A little tongue in cheek but having been a Teambuilder for 18 years I sometimes question the value of Teambuilding. Why would I throw doubt about the very same industry that supports me, my family, my dogs, friends and their friends.

Teambuilding is traditionally fun-based and gives everyone a feeling of belonging, however very few teambuilds actually result in this.
